Her team is focused on giving startups and entrepreneurs access to Comcast NBCUniversal’s renowned network of partners, brands and mentors to foster rapid breakthroughs in media, entertainment and connectivity. Kidd specifically focuses on connecting startups with business leads across the company to push product innovation at Comcast NBCUniversal. 

Previously Kidd was at NBCUniversal where she worked in their innovation lab with emerging technologies and products to better understand how NBCU brands and business could leverage new technologies.
