Katherine currently serves as Founder & Creative CEO of adBidtise, which she founded in 2014. The online destination provides small to med sized business owners “Affordable, Advertising Options,” via various efficient advertising buying options. As a third-party company, she provides relevant information and effective strategies for clients to deliver revenue-generating results for their business needs and budget.

adBidtise was created to help businesses with little to no advertising budget so they can Survive, Succeed and GROW! She wants to change the advertising landscape and create advocacy, accountability, transparency and education about all the advertising options that are available to small to mid size businesses. She wants businesses to make good business decisions when it comes to advertising options that will deliver results for their business needs. In other words she is the Robin Hood of advertising!

Katherine’s advertising experience has covered six markets with various high-profile broadcast television companies. Her previous Sales Management stops include: WDJT Milwaukee’s CBS58 & Telemundo WI, KETV ABC Omaha, WBUW Madison’s CW, KWBQ/KASY Albuquerque’s CW & My Network TV and WBXX-TV Knoxville’s WB Network. She launched her career as an Account Manager for Roberts and Russell Advertising Agency, working along side Leo Burnett and McCann Erickson.

Katherine also served in the United States Air Force for four years. She attended the Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management Executive Management Development Program. She also has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a minor in Advertising from the University of Central Missouri.

Katherine is a member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Wisconsin, the Hispanic Professionals of Greater Milwaukee, AMA, WBA, EWGA, LocalFirst Milwaukee, The Wisconsin BBB, The Historic Third Ward Association and a number of area Chamber of Commerce Groups throughout Southern Wisconsin.
