Tracy Flood is the CEO and Cofounder of BroadStreet Health based out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. BroadStreet is bootstrapped, lean startup that is currently in the validation phase with a minimum viable product. The product combines software and data models to inform how Value-based care is impacted by the social determinants of health such as poverty, transportation, access to care, and policies. This Startup is considered to be in the social entrepreneurial space, providing both Healthcare Systems and community partners with evidence-based solutions. Tracy has a background in Pediatrics and chronic disease prevention. Prior to starting BroadStreet she was the Director of Data for the Wisconsin Obesity Prevention Initiative. She is currently involved in the planning team of Healthtech Milwaukee.

Deepak Rao returns to Startup Grind after beginning a new venture. We will have a chance to catch up since we last heard from him, and hear some details of his new venture. Deepak is a technology visionary & entrepreneur focused on the enterprise space. He has nearly 30 years of experience across large organizations like Oracle ( 8 years) & Microsoft (10 years) and startups like Consilium, Alventive & SOLOMO Technology (12 years combined). His current venture, DAMSR, has developed a solution using iOT, predictive analytics and machine learning for the healthcare space. The platform improves outcomes and productivity in healthcare delivery.

Deepak is passionate about bringing together new technology and innovative thinking to solve meaningful business problems. His healthcare experience spans providers (EMR & asset tracking),payors (BI & Analytics) & pharma (Manufacturing systems). His understanding of the nuances of healthcare (financial models, data privacy, regulatory issues, scientific rigor) combined with a passion for technology driven approaches to problem solving in a variety of industries allows him to bring rapid value to organizations.

Robert Bardunias recently relocated from New York with his wife and 4 year old daughter. With an MBA in Finance and Marketing, and Degrees in English and Business, along with a Minor in Physics, most of Robert’s professional experience has revolved around the tech industry with a focus on Emerging Technologies. As Co-Founder/CRO of IRIS.TV, Rob and his team built a Personalization business that led innovation across companies like Google, Comcast, Brightcove, Time Inc., CBS and the NFL. As Co-Founder/Managing Director and CFO of MGID, Robert led the company to become the top audience development exchange in the world. He brings experience from a long career working in both the corporate world and 6 different global start-ups (all successful exits), focusing his expertise in marketing, data, finance, and technology and having worked with and for brands like Verizon, Turner Broadcasting, Sinclair, Comcast, Warner Brothers, IBM, National Lampoon and Virgin.
