Startup Grind, through its partnership with Google for Startups, has become the largest global community for entrepreneurs. It comprises +2M Entrepreneurs in +125 countries and +600 cities. 

There are two main Agenda Items to this event

1. Overview of Startup Grind Global and Introduction to Milwaukee Startup Grind Chapter: Milwaukee is on the rise with the potential of becoming one of the best Startup Ecosystem in the World. Startup Grind Milwaukee intents to plug Milwaukee into this largest Global Community for Entrepreneurs, leverage the Startup Grind well-established platform to position Milwaukee as the best Startup Ecosystem in the world. Participants will learn about the Strategic Vision of Milwaukee Startup Grind 
2. Strategic Planning Overview: Participants will be exposed to the same tools and techniques used by major global companies including Fortune100 companies to build their Strategic Plan. This workshop is just an overview since the process of Development, Deployment/Implementing, Monitoring, and Troubleshooting a Strategic Plan normally takes weeks, months or years depending on the size of the organization. At the end of this workshop, participants should be able to articulate the importance of having a well-defined Strategic Plan and the need to properly structure their startup.
