Dug Nichols, Chief Executive KID

With over a decade of Silicon Valley experience and a 17-year career, Dug is a seasoned team leader with a history of delivering intuitive and delightful consumer experiences in web, mobile, and offline realms.

He has built several successful teams and has contributed to multiple high-growth businesses in his career, including Beatnik (audio engine for Nokia mobile devices), Tellme (sold to Microsoft in 2007 for $1B), and Periscope (tripled revenue and doubled company size in under three years).

Dori Graff, Chief Marketing KID

During her 13 years in marketing, Dori has led campaigns for retailers such as Target, Kohl’s, and Best Buy, successfully cultivating these relationships and growing them into multi-million dollar accounts.

An early participant in the Collaborative Consumption space, Dori has presented and participated in conferences and panels such as SXSW 2011, The 2010 Feast Conference, and EVO ‘12.

Mary Fallon, Chief Creative KID

Mary has over 17 years experience in creative strategy, design and brand- building for top retail brands such as: Disney, SeaWorld, Liz Lange Maternity, Target, Kohl’s, Levi’s, Best Buy and Cherokee.

As a leader and innovator, she has helped big-brand consumer product teams develop global solutions.

As a creative director she is highly skilled at big picture thinking as well as hands-on product development and design. She has navigated many teams through the demanding timelines and budgets of the product strategy/development/launch process.
