About this event

One Night. One City. 50+ Startups. 15,000+ People.

Join the Bits & Pretzels Startup Night!

On September 25th, Munich will be all about startups with the Bits&Pretzels conference taking place at ICM Munich... so don't miss a chance to attend our Fireside Chat in the evening at Wayra!!

Let’s create a night of networking, learning, inspiration and founders spirit. It’ll be a night that connects startups even if they’re not at Bits & Pretzels. Our vision is to inspire everybody for startups or help people with their already existing startup to generate attention and create a network.

For this occasion, please welcome Manuela Rasthofer @TerraLoupe who will share her journey on landmark detection and #deeplearning - one of the few female founders in Munich!

TerraLoupe analyses aerial images and recognises their content via deep learning algorithms. They are active in the areas of Big Data, and Computer Vision and their core competences rely on intelligent automatic geo image recognition via machine learning/ deep learning.

Based on the variety of object detections, they have successfully supported companies in the field of autonomous driving, infrastructure and insurance. But the solution can be applicable to various industries.
