Sacha Taghavi is the co-founder of YooniQ solutions. He is in charge of Unatrix, a specialized system for engineering companies which combines ATS & CRM features. Unatrix is present in more than 23 countries and available in English, German, French and Spanish language.
With his knowledge of software solutions dedicated to human resources and his own experience as a SME manager, he and his business partner, Reza Madjidi launched kiwiHR in 2018. Before bootstrapping the company, he worked at ALTEN Engineering as Senior Business Manager, where he met Reza.
Sacha holds a Master’s degree in Information System Management from Neoma Business School and speaks French, English and German fluently. He loves developing strategies to help companies build a happy place to work and find the best talents. With an amazing team in his company, he is continuously focusing on building the best products.
Reza Madjidi is the co-founder of YooniQ solutions, which is providing HR software since 2008. He is responsible for sales and support at kiwiHR, an HR solution for small and medium-sized businesses which was launched as SaaS in 2018. kiwiHR aims to be the easiest and most affordable HRIS for SME in Europe.
While pursuing his major in Mechatronics Engineering in the University of Ulm, he went abroad for 7 months to participate in an electrical engineering internship program at Nordson Corporation in Ohio. Before embarking into the startup journey, he worked as Business Manager ALTEN Engineering, where he met his Co-Founder, Sacha Taghavi.
Reza continued his education with an MBA in Sales and Marketing. He speaks English, German and Persian fluently. He loves working with his dedicated and talented team in all areas of the product and sharing his expertise with clients to provide the best customer experience.
