Nicki Joiner (she/hers) was born and raised in Michigan but has lived in eight states since graduating from college. She’s earned two degrees and three certificates in relevant fields and is a graduate of both Central Michigan University and Ball State University. She is a seasoned facilitator, an award-winning entrepreneur, and a new wife! Nicki serves as the Managing Director & Lead Strategist for The Parallel Agency, an organization she founded in 2019 and has scaled to six figures with the help of her team.
