Welcome to the Hire Your Kid Kamp! 

This two-week camp, running from June 17-28, 2024, is designed to empower young entrepreneurs and cultivate the next generation of business leaders.

During this camp, your child will have the opportunity to learn valuable business skills, develop an entrepreneurial mindset, and connect with like-minded peers. Our focus is on promoting family communication, engaging with local communities, and using various marketing channels to attract support for their projects.

Bio of Facilitators 

Erica Kesse, LPC, CPQC

Erica Kesse is a love force with mysterious wisdom celebrating life. She is the Leaders’ Healer and Founder of Your Goal Concierge, Inc, a resting place and resource hub for Matriarch and Mom CEOs. She has twenty-plus years as an Educator and Facilitator. She marries her degrees in Business Administration, Mental Health Counseling, and Leadership to offer Strategy Sessions in Thriving and Increasing Profits, Business Execution Coaching, Mental Fitness Coaching, and Fractional COO services through an exclusive, nurturing, and knowledgeable experience.

Chrys Callaway

Chrys Callaway is a levelheaded adventurer that is bold with her actions. She helps to integrate her client's parts and free them from the darkness. She is “The Fusion” and is the Founder of From Acire to Chrys. She offers a community that gives safety and support to her clients. The community is full of other people who are telling their story, want to, or is starting to.

She has grown up with a therapist as a mother who has from an early age taught her how to have peace, how to be loyal, and to be bold with her actions. She is a Speaker, Coach, Baker, and Model. She has been provided with multiple opportunities in each experience thanks to her mother Erica Kesse, Founder of Your Goal Concierge. Chrys has spoken at the Mental Health Marketing Conference, The Carrie Mae Williams Center, The first and second Fall Leadership Festival, and Gideon’s Army. Chrys has been named as a speaker/ teen storyteller by This is My Brave, Inc. 

Abby Williams

Abigail is the CEO of Queendom Empire, LLC offering Virtual Chief Operating Officer, Online Business Manager, and Virtual Assistant Services to mompreneurs and small businesses. Queendom Empire’s mission is to empower mompreneurs and small business owners with innovative services rooted in the core values of authenticity, confidence, and faith. In 2014, Abigail graduated from Ultimate Medical Academy for Health Information Systems. She has been a Certified Professional Coder for 10 years, originally granted by the American Academy of Professional Coders. She has 13 years of Healthcare experience both on the clinical and the administrative side.



Hands-On Business Experience: Participants at the Hire Your Kid Kamp will gain practical experience in running a business, allowing them to apply concepts learned in real-world scenarios and develop valuable skills that will benefit them in their future endeavors.

Entrepreneurial Mindset Development: The camp focuses on nurturing an entrepreneurial mindset, encouraging creativity, problem-solving, and innovation. By participating, children will learn to think outside the box and approach challenges with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Networking Opportunities: Kids attending the camp will have the chance to connect with like-minded peers who share their passion for innovation and entrepreneurship. Building a network of supportive and motivated individuals can be invaluable for future collaborations and partnerships.

Confidence Building: Through showcasing their ventures and presenting at the Global Demo Day event, participants will have the opportunity to build confidence in their abilities, public speaking skills, and project presentation. This experience can help boost self-esteem and prepare them for future leadership roles.

Family Engagement: The Hire Your Kid Kamp emphasizes promoting family communication and involvement in the entrepreneurial journey. By participating in the camp, parents and children can bond over shared experiences, learn together, and support each other in their entrepreneurial endeavors.



Did you see what we have in store? These are practical business skills that are not usually taught in a bite size action-oriented easily digestible format that is leveling a solopreneur up into being the CEO of their business as well as building a team player and leader.

Erica Kesse usually charges $2500 for a 3 hour business intensive. This camp is 12 hours. You do the math.

This camp’s purpose is to provide a resource for entrepreneurs and endorse impeccable communication within families. Fifty percent of the proceeds will go to Thrive Oasis, a budding non-profit which is a resting place and resource hub for Matriarchs and Mom CEOs through an asset based community.

What is the schedule?

There will be a Thursday night orientation. We will begin the following Tuesday through Thursday for two weeks. We will culminate with a Demo Day on the Friday after the second week's programming. See the schedule in this event for details on each hour and activities. 

How will the camp be delivered?

Kids will report to the link daily that will be sent to your email after registration. You will get a reminder email before the event as well. We will have a watch party of a 5-10 minute video on a topic. The facilitator will Conduct a workshop to complete an activity with the remaining time. Kids will have homework to work on with their CEO parent.

How does the scholarship work?

A parent or kids send an email. Please put "Scholarship" in the subject line. Write a statement of need and how the camp will benefit their family. The first 3 requests who send the email will get $200 off. 

How does sponsorship work?

Organizations that support entrepreneurs or parents have the opportunity to be partners or sponsors. Partners will share the camp details with their network. Sponsors will cover the cost of a kid. Sponsors can judge at the Demo Day and get their logo advertised in the event and in all marketing. 

What does the Demo Day look like?

Kids will be prepared to deliver a presentation and 1 minute introduction. 

How do you win a prize?

Prizes are won through crowdfunding. The kids will work to get people to attend the Demo Day and vote for them with a link given during the event. You can only vote once and you must be in the event to vote. Votes will be tallied automatically through Google Forms. 

What are the prizes?

First prize: $500 and a 1 hr. Business Execution session (valued at $500)

Second prize: Business Execution session (valued at $500)

Third prize: 30 minute check in 1 month after the program for accountability
