Erica Kesse, LPC, M.A. operates as the Founder and CEO of Your Goal Concierge, Inc. She is the Leader's Healer and Entrepreneur's Therapist. She offers a Person Centered and Integrative Approach in giving safety, support, and enhancement to Leaders and Entrepreneurs. Erica Kesse provides Corporate Training and Speaking services.

Erica holds a Bachelors in Professional Business Administration, Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Master of Arts in Civic Leadership.

She is an advocate of the human story and doing no harm. She is a love force and mother of a 10 year old daughter. She enjoys seeing life as a big celebration.

Dr. Lacrecia Dangerfield, LPC-MHSP, ACE is a woman of faith and the CEO/Founder of L V Dangerfield, LLC, a coaching and consulting practice. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Approved Clinical Supervisor in the counseling industry. In her practice she uses her gift of exhortation to empower and equip women and mental health professionals to get out of their own way, fulfill their calling and lead a liberated life. She is dedicated to empowering mental health entrepreneurs to build an authentic brand, grow their business and lead their B.O.S.S. life so they can impact their community and profession.

Prior to answering the call to enter into the counseling profession, Dr. Dangerfield worked in retail management, human resources and custodial banking. Once entering the counseling profession, Dr. Dangerfield worked her way up the ranks from an outpatient counselor to the Program Director of Counseling and Community Based Services. She also has been a counselor educator working as an Adjunct Professor for Argosy University. She received her Master of Arts in Counseling from Trevecca University and her Doctorate of Education in Counselor Education and Supervision from Argosy University.
