"Dr. Christiane Schroeter is a Mindset Success Coach and the founder of Hello Happy Nest. Her personal journey of transformation is central to her approach to well-being. With a unique background in Foods & Nutrition and a Ph.D. in Health Economics, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her field. Dr. Schroeter is currently a faculty member at Cal Poly-San Luis Obispo, where she teaches Food Marketing, and Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
