Alejandro is a serial entrepreneur and the author of The Art of Startup Fundraising, named one of the best fundraising books of all time in 2018. Most recently, Alejandro built and exited CoFoundersLab, one of the largest communities of founders online. Alejandro is also a cofounder at Panthera Advisors, a premier investment banking and financial consulting firm.

Alejandro is a serial entrepreneur and the author of The Art of Startup Fundraising with a foreword by ‘Shark Tank‘ entrepreneur Barbara Corcoran, the book was named one of the best fundraising books of all time in 2018. He is the host of the DealMakers podcast where he interviews some of the most successful entrepreneurs.

Alejandro is also the founding partner at Panthera Advisors, a premier investment banking and financial consulting firm specializing in M&A, capital fundraising, company valuations and strategic planning. He also co-founded The Inner Circle - an online resource center, community, and platform designed to help entrepreneurs who are looking to raise early stage financing rounds.

Most recently, Alejandro built and exited CoFoundersLab, one of the largest communities of founders online. Prior to CoFoundersLab, he worked as a lawyer at King & Spalding where he was involved in one of the biggest investment arbitration cases in history ($113 billion at stake). He is an active speaker and has guest lectured at the Wharton School of Business, Columbia Business School, and at NYU Stern School of Business. Alejandro was involved with the JOBS Act since inception and was invited to the White House and the US House of Representatives to provide his stance on the new regulatory changes concerning fundraising online. In his spare time he writes for Forbes.
