State of Entrepreneurship - Solutions Driven Panel Discussion: With the current State of Entrepreneurship and Economic Climate we will be talking about actual practical solutions and not mere policy and sugar-coating nor dwelling on the challenges we facing as entrepreneurs. The panel we will feature entrepreneurs and institutions that are working with startups on a daily basis and bringing solutions to ensure we decrease the high failure rate of SMMEs we face as a country.

Sibusiso Nkosi is a Transformation Policy Analyst and Commentator, Township Economist, Writer and Public Speaker. He has been in the B-BBEE industry for more than 10 years. He is a Thought Leader on issues of transformation and a speaker at various events that focus on transformation. He is the Investor Relations Manager at SAICA Enterprise Development.
He has self published a must read book titled Forgotten Fundamentals: Why B-BBEE Does Not Work.
Sibusiso has been featured on several media platforms on TV, Radio and Newspaper. Recently has been a regular guest on Newzroom Afrika talking about B-BBEE industry, Township Economy Revitalization, etc.

Monde Zuma is a seasoned award winning businessman, business consultant, business coach, mentor and is the Founder & CEO MamelodiBiz, Kasi Hosting, MZ Trading & Projects and is the Startup Grind Pretoria chapter Director. Monde's businesses are delivering innovative & disruptive SME business solutions that are within Business Management Consulting & Information and communications technology solutions.
Monde has been for the past 4 years been working with small businesses with the aim of giving township based entrepreneurs and business both formally and informal trading Online Presence, getting them to be Business Compliant and giving them access to market. Along with this his working with various organisations in development, planning and strategies aimed at advancing entrepreneurship in Pretoria and in townships across the country.
He has been working with several organisations in offering mentorship, coaching, advice and strategy, he also mentors and advice's individuals who want to start businesses and those already in businesses locally and internationally. He is regularly featured on Radio talking about Entrepreneurship, Technology and Innovation in the township economy. He is often booked to speak at seminars and learning institutions addressing students on Entrepreneurship. He does facilitate events and featured in panel discussions. He is an adjudicator/judge for Entrepreneurs Pitching sessions helping organisations make decision on the prize winners.
He serves as advisory board member on various companies and organisations, such AfroLive, Savara Advisory, Mogobakoma Construction and Projects, Be On Time Electrical and Palm Ridge Transport & Construction to name few.
Monde has extensive experience that includes banking, risk management, telecommunications, business services and IT sectors. Has worked more than half his corporate life in management and also has served in top management. He has mentored, coached and motivates people to achieve key results. His management experience include strategic planning, sales, managing teams, financial and revenue management.
His work has seen him working across different townships assisting individuals to set up companies, then a need to help those businesses grow arose and had to use his Business Management Skills to assist those Businesses.

Ngoako Mamolelethe founder and president at The EIM Business Incubator. Ngoako is one of South Africa’s aspiring Global Business Speaker, Serial Entrepreneur and Corporate Trainer. Ngoako is a free thinker with an out of the box imagination, this is mostly evident in his other company called Cosmic Desire, which does Shopping Center Marketing. Under his leadership, the company has worked with malls such as Soshanguve Crossing Mall and Jubilee Mall in Hammanskraal in Northern Gauteng. His work credits also includes managing a production team of 615 employees as a Production Manager at Shoprite’s biggest distribution center in the Southern Hemisphere.
He is a firm believer in the mantra, “Excuses or Results.” He is very passionate about entrepreneurship and inspiring others to build big businesses. This is evident by his numerous achievements; from starting his first IT Company at an early age of 21, which operated for 4 years before closing down, to recently founding a business incubator that focuses on growing entrepreneurs across the African continent.
Leading up to this, he had been actively involved in creating platforms for leadership and entrepreneurship development through a program called Coffee Talks with Entrepreneurs, the program has footprint in various areas across the country such as Pretoria, Daveyton, Soshanguve, Mamelodi Community Radio station (Mams FM) and Moretele Community Radio Station (MCR). Ngoako holds a Diploma in Generic Management which is management course with New Generation Skills, he is a qualified Training Facilitator and Event Facilitator (NQF5 – New Generation Skills), and a proud member of Entrepreneurs Toastmasters Club – and International Organization of Public Speaking and Leadership.
