When you cannot hire an expert for every function, AI becomes the expert. That works until it hands you a confident answer you cannot judge. The assumption inside it becomes a customer profile, a price, or a contract. In this session, Dr. Enrique Noguera, who builds practical AI workflows for organizations and small businesses, will show where bias enters the process and how to catch it. You will leave with a routine for grounding, questioning, and verifying AI output, and a clear rule for when a professional needs to see it.
Topics we will cover
Where bias enters a founder's decision: The model is only one source. Your prompt, your sources, your template defaults, and the gaps in your own knowledge all feed it. We will trace one real decision, such as a customer research summary, and identify entry points, including those that quietly narrow your market.
How to get informed fast enough to judge the answer: Slowing down does not help if you cannot recognize a weak recommendation. We will use AI to build working knowledge of an unfamiliar area, grounded in vetted sources, so you can ask better questions and spot what is missing.
