Steven J. Gussen is a Vice President/SBA Business Development Officer for Central and South Jersey for almost 6 years.
Steve brings with him over 25 years of banking experience, SBA expertise as well as a proactive approach to the sales process. After starting his career with formal credit training at SunTrust Bank, moved to NYC to help establish loan auditing procedures for an International Bank, then residential and commercial lending for Fairmont Funding. He was responsible for retail origination, organizing and running the wholesale divisions and then onto secondary market sales. Most recently worked as Senior Underwriter for TCRM Commercial Corp, handling private lending.
Steve’s role at PNC is to partner with Business Bankers, Brach Managers, other PNC Partners, customers, prospects and COI’s to help understand the business model and cash flow needs.
Steve’s wealth of knowledge with the challenges facing new and expanding business are a tremendous asset with guiding new owners through the credit process.
Steve has a passion for travel and cooking and has taken cooking classes in 12 countries.

Carlos Yepez is a Business Relationship Manager with PNC Bank who helps business owners to establish the right business banking relationship in order to facilitate money management and lending solutions. Carlos has over 19 years of banking experience working with both consumer and business owners alike. He understands the importance of cash flow and issues business owners face when dealing with money management and lending needs.
Carlos is also the current president of PNC Bank’s New Jersey Latino Employee Resource Group and sits on PNC Banks Diversity and Inclusion Council. He also chairs on PNC Bank’s Business Advisory Council as well as the Blue Ribbon Council which enable him to initiate positive changes in the business banking platform and services that PNC Bank provides as a whole. These roles have allowed Carlos to be involved in the communities PNC Bank serves to provide financial literacy programs, mentoring partnerships and volunteerism. Through PNC Banks EBRG initiatives he has contributed to the career growth and promotion opportunities of PNC Employees.
Carlos has a strong passion for helping and educating consumers and business owners, which is why he is successful in banking. Carlos started his career at Citibank in New York followed by North Fork Bank and JP Morgan Chase.
