Rebecca Feder is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Princeton HR Insight LLC, a Human Resources consulting firm focused on talent strategy, talent management, coaching, leadership and team effectiveness, interim coverage, and start-up company support. The firm helps companies build a strong positive culture and effective change management process, especially during times of rapid change, by identifying areas of impact and then designing and delivering programs that link HR actions to business strategy. This ensures that goals are achieved, initiatives are sustained and the company is ready to meet future demands.
Rebecca has been consistently recognized for delivering innovative solutions that drive alignment and deliver results at both the enterprise and business unit level. Her experience includes consulting and in-house HR, plus operations and business development line management positions. She has worked across pharmaceutical, industrial, financial, supply chain, academic and non-profit industries. In these roles, she has coached over a hundred executives and teams to understand how motivation and different management styles can positively affect performance in order to accelerate effectiveness.
Prior to founding Princeton HR Insight LLC, Rebecca spent four years with Tyco International, in Princeton, New Jersey, where she led HR for a $3B portfolio of Product businesses. She also spent nearly 10 years at Bristol Myers Squibb in Talent Management and Business Partner roles.
Rebecca holds an MBA in Strategy & Finance from the Weatherhead School at Case Western Reserve University and a BA in Psychology from Dartmouth College. She is certified as a leadership coach through the Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance (LCOP) and the International Coach Federation (ICF), Advanced Interpretation and Development Coaching by Hogan Assessments, DISC behavior and motivations assessments by TTI Success Insights, and is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI). She is a Board Trustee for the non-profit Housing Initiatives of Princeton and Princeton Charter School.
