Alexander Dundara is a senior manager at Withum and is a member of the firm’s life science, technology and emerging growth services group. With over 8 years of experience, Alex has dedicated his time to servicing this community and has had the privilege of working with some of the most well-known and successful companies in the space in the emerging growth space. Alex and the Withum team enjoy working these early stage startups and are always eager to support their clients as they move towards their ultimate goal of a future exit or IPO. In addition to functioning as an advisor to his clients, Alex’s experience includes the execution of attest engagements as well as non-attest engagements to advise companies on complex accounting and financial reporting matters. He often assists clients with complex financing transactions, application of revenue recognition standards, business combinations and asset impairments.
Alex earned his BS degree in accounting from the University of Scranton and MBA from Monmouth University. He is an advisory board member of techunited, and has active involvement with BioNJ, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA). Jessica Perry is principal of Six Doors Digital, a consultancy to information services companies and trade associations. She has more than 25 years of experience directing the online initiatives for major media organizations and non-profits, bridging technology, content and change management to grow revenue and transform business operations.
From 2014-2019, Perry was Chief Digital Officer and head of publishing for the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Earlier experience included senior management roles directing online activities at Atlantic Media’s National Journal, Conde Nast and The Wall Street Journal Online. Perry served as board chair and on the executive committee of the Software and Information Industry Association, and has been a frequent speaker on the subject of digital media transformation. She currently serves on the board of the Princeton Blairstown Center, a camp providing outdoor and leadership training for underserved youth. She holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in journalism from Northwestern University.

My latest venture, Board++ breaks glass ceilings, diversifies startup boards, and develops our next generation of leaders by placing corporate executives from underrepresented groups on startup boards. I founded the Startup Grind Princeton chapter in 2014 and live in downtown Princeton.
