About the Speaker - 

Radhika is a leader with a diverse suite of experiences, ranging from electrical

engineering, technology manufacturing, software and platform development to

sales and account management. Her responsibilities involve helping several

high-touch customers and organizations achieve key results and developing new

business streams.

Her desire to achieve reaches beyond the world of technology and into her life as

a performing artist and mentor. She has trained hundreds of students over the

years, served as creative director for overseas productions & large fundraising

campaigns, served as a national level examiner and been invited to prestigious

events on panels, lecture demonstrations, workshops, and as a judge.

An entrepreneur at heart, she is keen to influence the performing arts industry

through the power of technology and her unique set of skills have enabled her to

found Courtyardly, a first-of-its-kind platform for the performing arts industry.

Radhika is a proud advocate for empowering youth in the technology & art space

and believes in the power of mentorship and coaching. She shares her technical

and professional knowledge and inspires women to dream big, stay curious, and

live courageously.

Radhika holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State

University, is a graduate in Kathak, a trained vocal singer and a yoga enthusiast.

She loves travelling along with her son and husband across the globe.
