Poornima is the Founder Director of India’s first exclusive digital professional platform and magazine for women – WOMAN AT WORK (womanatwork.in), with a reach of 400K + women across India. The vision of the platform is to be THE GO TO place for all that a woman needs to continue or return to the productive workforce; as an employee or an entrepreneur. Prior to her startup, she was Talent Director with IBM India/SA in her last corporate assignment before she quit to follow her dreams. Poornima is an HR Leadership professional with an experience of 19+ years and in addition to IBM, she has worked with companies like Godrej and Airtel. Poornima is a Diversity & Inclusion consultant and consults on various areas of D&I. She is an Economics graduate from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi and an MBA in HR from Symbiosis Institute of Business Mgmt, Pune.
