Siddharth has been running an award winning tech startup, Engazify, as a Founder & CEO. He heads Product and Technology, along with driving the overall vision and strategy for the company. In just 2 years, he built a highly scalable product from scratch and grew it to 200K+ employees across 400+ enterprise teams from 15+ countries.

Before starting up Engazify, he was in US for 5 years, working with one of the top employee engagement companies in New York. He lead teams as a Project Manager and helped build customized employee engagement software for Fortune 500 companies like AT&T, JP Morgan Chase, & Mc Donalds.

He holds a Masters degree in Management Information Systems from US and a Computer Engineering degree from Mumbai University.

This is almost revolutionary, especially since most of our traditional competitors did not have such a thing till 1 year back. Engazify is one of the first few bots in this category to come out of India and competing with top silicon valley based startups.

While working in their respective jobs in US, the founders realised that the systems that companies currently use to evaluate employee performance were designed 20 years ago and does not fit into the current style of working with the millennial generation. Seeing a huge gap in the market and a lot of potential in this field, they decided to start up Engazify.

The first version of Engazify was a web and mobile app, but the company soon realized that the customers were tired of using multiple apps. What they were looking for was solution built inside the app they already use. That's when they did a very crucial pivot to our product and introduced Engazify bot in the market, and rest has been history
