Yogesh is founder of Kartri Ventures where he is start-up advisor helping companies in Pune and Mumbai for the past 11 years. Earlier he was a VC with eVentures India and co-founded Herald Logic, a software start-up in IIT Bombay's incubator. Yogesh has experience in Management and IT Consulting with Booz Allen US and Capgemini and worked in the software sector in India and US. He has also served several large and mid-sized companies in US and Europe as a strategic market researcher and consultant.

Yogesh session will be about "How start-ups should handle a downturn?". It will be a journey through Yogesh's experiences as a VC investor, entrepreneur, and fundraising advisor during the market downturns of 2001 and 2009. He will discuss what leads us to bubbles and downturns, what start-ups should focus on to be resilient, how to work with investors, capital raising during a lean period, and the opportunities beyond.
