Javier Salas es el fundador de SABAI, una de las cervezas artesanales más importantes del Ecuador.
SABAI se comenzó a degustar en el 2010 cuando Javier Salas, fundador de SABAI, empezó a hacer cerveza en su casa. Todavía no existía SABAI como marca, pero si la intención de hacer cerveza artesanal de calidad superior; y mejorarla semana a semana, cocción tras cocción. Eventualmente, en el año 2014 fundó SABAI hasta posicionar la marca como producto lider en el mercado revolucionando la industria y la experiencia en torno al producto. Adicionalmente, Javier es economista graduado en Oregon, Estados Unidos.
