Wahaj us Siraj is CEO and co-founder of Nayatel which has installed Pakistan's first fiber to the home (FTTH) network in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad and Peshawar to provide broadband, HD TV and phone services to business and home users. Earlier, Wahaj co-founded Micronet Broadband, the first one to launch broadband DSL services in Pakistan in 2002. Wahaj has vast experience in Internet and telecom and also worked with the Government of Pakistan for 14 years before switching his career as an entrepreneur. Wahaj serves on board of directors of some leading Government organizations and universities and is often invited to speak on entrepreneurship and self-development.
This event will be about the life story of Wahaj Siraj, the challenges he faced, how he disrupted the Pakistani Market by introducing expensive technology in a cheaper market.
