Kate Bunina is Director of Europe at US Market Access Center - a Silicon Valley-based tech accelerator that is helping non-US startups with global market expansion through Silicon Valley since 1995 in partnership with governments, universities, science parks and funds from 27 countries. With USMAC, Kate is also organizing the Global Women in Tech Acceleration Summit for women entrepreneurs from all over the world.

Previously, as a Managing Director, Kate has built a new branch in San Francisco for the innovation lab and early-stage investment company; managed and mentored at the world's largest pre-seed accelerator Founder Institute in San Francisco and has built digital products and corporate innovations for the Fortune 500 such as Volkswagen, T-Mobile and others.

With her experience of 9+ years in the tech industry in the US and Europe, she is often invited as a mentor and speaker to events in Silicon Valley, Los Angeles and Europe.

Kate is a supporter and Advisor of Tangible Movement - Los Angeles based NGO for support of mental health and a Global Ambassador of The GUILD, the leading Silicon Valley women network.

Kate has lived in San Francisco, Prague, Caribbean and Moscow and you could currently find her on a plane across Europe with a base in Barcelona.
