That is why this 45-minute workshop is an opportunity for you to create easy-to-measure sales metrics that make sense to grow your company. This is not a webinar. Equal parts instruction, individual and breakout room work time with your peers, and feedback from Scale School instructor Lilly Ferrick, you’ll leave this hour-long working session ready to implement metrics and better able to adjust your sales process in the future.
