As a Self-Enrichment Education Teacher with WHOMENTORSDOTCOM INC, Rauhmel Fox instructs trainees how to qualify for employment in an executive capacity of their own startup or to be recruited or acqui-hired for their talent. Rauhmel began his career as a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy prior to becoming the top executive of a scientific applied research organization to determine the means by which a specific, recognized need may be met. As the U/.S. economy works to recover from the recent effects of the coronavirus pandemic, and employment-authorized individuals across a diverse range of industries return to work and seek out emerging opportunities, Rauhmel advocates new initiatives must be developed and traditional career pathways redesigned to best capture the full spectrum of creative talent available in America’s workforce.
Mike or Michael Grabham is a curious start up guy that has been delivering revenue, new products and creative solutions in the startup chaos for 20+ years. He is a five time founder and is in relentless pursuit of knowing the customers better than any competitor. He recently invented a new product called Package Guard, to help stop package theft. He is a “make it happen” person driving growth across multiple revenue streams while inspiring and teaching employees on how to have fun and get things done, yes you can do both.
He has raised $3M from angel investors over the past 20 years, sold two companies and failed and has managed marketing, product, engineering and sales staffs throughout his career.
He is constantly learning from others having conducted more than 100 interviews with startup leaders at Startup Grind in Seattle and Bellevue each month. He loves helping smart people change industries, studying consumer behaviors and searching for the perfect glass of wine.
He and his wife started a nonprofit Survive the Streets which they help homeless in Seattle. He received his MBA from Seattle University and has an undergraduate degree in Mathematics, if that matters to anyone.
