,” Richard Tait started his career at Microsoft where he worked for almost a decade and started over a dozen different start up initiatives. After leaving the software company he co founded Cranium, which quickly became one of the fastest selling games in history and ultimately saw the company release over 40 games and toys in more than 20 markets throughout the world. Cranium was sold to Hasbro in 2007. Tait then went to work for Starbucks helping drive their quest for healthier food and beverage options, working closely on the turnaround and helped rebrand the Seattles Best Coffee and Tazo tea.

His personal mantra, Orville Wright did not have a pilots license.
