Susie Lee is a visual artist and CEO of Siren. A graduate of Yale, Columbia and University of WA in molecular biophysics and biochemistry, urban public education, and fine arts, she brings her skills as a researcher, chemistry teacher, and new media artist to create technology platforms that amplify human connections. Recognized for “intelligence, emotion and sensuality,” her artwork has been commissioned by numerous institutions, including the Mitchell Center for the Arts, Denver Art Museum and Crystal Bridges Museum of Art and is included in notable public collections. One of the very few female CEOs in the online dating space, Lee launched Siren to creatively overhaul online dating. Siren’s revolutionary platform has gained significant momentum in the public imagination for its ability to be one of the best online preludes to offline connections and has had over 100 media shout-outs, includingThe Guardian, front page of the Seattle Times, CNN, NPR, Cosmopolitan, Marie Claire,TechTimes, Geekwire, The Stranger, Engadget, The Washington Post, and ThinkProgress.
