01 / THE CALL: Summoning the Relentless
The Arch is not a traditional incubator. It is an immersive, 21-day acceleration space designed exclusively for founders and builders who possess the ultimate startup weapon: Grit.
If your project is currently "Stuck"—whether you are struggling to find Product-Market Fit (PMF), hitting a technical bottleneck, or searching for the right co-founder—The Arch is your launchpad to break through and take it to the next level.
The "Fusion" Acceleration: Plug into the China Engine
For international builders in China, your biggest advantage is your proximity to the fastest execution engine in the world.
Un-Stuck Your Project:
Leverage China's unparalleled rapid engineering speed, AI ecosystem, and agile supply chain to iterate your product 10x faster and validate your PMF.
Find Your Missing Piece:
This is the ultimate hunting ground to find your hardcore Chinese technical Co-founder. Combine your market insights with their execution power to smash through your current bottlenecks.
Bring your stalled demo or your bottlenecked project to Fuxing Island for a 21-day physical "retreat." Turn your absolute dedication into reality in the purest geek furnace.
📍 The Basecamp: Xinghuo OPC Base. Located on Fuxing Island, co-created by the Yangpu Government and Volcengine (ByteDance). We provide not just a top-tier physical space, but hardcore underlying acceleration backed by Volcengine's massive computing power and AI ecosystem, focusing on AI Agents, AI Shorts, and Mini-games.
02 / WHAT YOU GET: The 4 Core Benefits
01 | 21-Day Immersive "Builder Space"
From Nov 1-21, our exclusive space on Fuxing Island is open 24/7. Escape the daily grind and fragmented time. Share a physical stronghold with the most dedicated builders in the network. Focus purely on your code and achieve critical iterations.
02 | The East-West Melting Pot & PMF Validation
Stop building behind closed doors. Through high-frequency "Fusion Mixers," you will collide with top global geeks and MNC business leaders. Step out of your technical bubble, uncover real pain points, and rapidly validate your PMF in a real-world business context.
03 | Hardcore Dev Resources & Housing Subsidies
We provide real "development ammo." Selected projects will receive exclusive API Token quotas and underlying cloud resources (Volcengine) to help you cross the cost barrier. Plus, we offer exclusive accommodation subsidies for non-local participants, so you can go 100% "All-In" without distractions.
04 | Industry Matchmaking & Exposure
Outstanding projects will get a fast track to GEW (Global Entrepreneurship Week) 2026 and top hackathons. You will directly pitch to top-tier VC investors and MNC procurement decision-makers. Turn your grit into real commercial traction and funding.
03 / WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are not looking for the perfect code. We are looking for absolute dedication.
The Ambitious Expat Builder
You are an international founder, developer, or hacker currently in China. You don't need to have it all figured out. You might be pivoting, searching for PMF, or lacking the technical firepower to iterate fast enough.
But you must possess the one thing that can't be taught: Grit.
If you are deeply committed to taking your project to the next level and are willing to go "All-In" for 21 days of pure, uninterrupted focus—this pass is yours.
Application Criteria:
We don't judge by "maturity"; we value Originality and the Die-hard Spirit. Whether you hold a rough demo or a highly insightful foundational concept, as long as it's a project you deeply believe in and are willing to pour your heart into, we want you.
