Lin Li has a long-standing background in financial investment. He previously worked in the Investment Banking Division of CICC (China International Capital Corporation) and at China Media Capital. He also founded a China-Europe cross-border M&A fund. His investments include IMAX China, Gewara, and Daylight Entertainment, and he has led the scaling and commercialisation of immersive experiences such as Cavalia and Boxin Universe. Lin holds a bachelor’s degree from Peking University and a master’s degree from Stanford University.

In this session, Lin and his team—early movers in the XR (Extended Reality) immersive experience space—will share how they spotted the opportunity before the trend exploded. By building an ecosystem of content and products, they aligned themselves with the "treasure map" of key strategic partners and have become sought-after partners in government-backed projects, shining brightly in megacities across China and even globally.
