Oscar is the Head of Corporate Banking at SPD Silicon Valley Bank and has been involved in technology financing for over 30 years. After working for SVB in Boston and London, he was transferred in 2013 to SVB's joint venture bank in Shanghai. Oscar's specialties include: identifying capital sources, providing debt capital, and banking technology companies worldwide. Oscar has previously served on the Boards of the Center for Corporate Leadership & Collaboration, MassNetComms, and The Capital Network.
