Roadshow timing

Each project lasts 15 minutes:

• 8 minutes: project roadshow;

• 5 minutes: judges' questions and answers;

• 2 minutes: venue change and equipment connectivity.

Proposed roadshow content

• The real problems solved by the project and the target users;

• Products or technical solutions;

• Physical AI or core hard technology capabilities；

• Product prototypes and current progress;

• Application scenarios and user validation;

• Business model and market entry path;

• Supply chain, costs and volume planning;

• Team composition and core strengths;

• Current needs: financing, scenarios, supply chain, channel or talent.
  

Material requirements

• Roadshow PPT recommended to control in 10-12 pages;

• If the product demo is arranged, the equipment, power supply, network and site requirements should be explained in advance;

• It is recommended to prepare Demo video, recording or production pictures at the same time, as a backup plan for on-site demonstration;

• Final PPT and PDF copies must be submitted before the event.
