Entrepreneurs face many challenges, and the stress of running a business can lead to poor physical and mental health. In this crash course, serial entrepreneur and tech industry veteran Hu Pili will share his story of how he went from an unhealthy entrepreneur with no running experience to completing a 100-kilometer ultramarathon. He will also teach participants how to set and achieve their personal OKRs for the year.
