Entrepreneurs face many challenges, and the stress of running a business can lead to poor physical and mental health. In this crash course, serial entrepreneur and tech industry veteran Hu Pili will share his story of how he went from an unhealthy entrepreneur with no running experience to completing a 100-kilometer ultramarathon. He will also teach participants how to set and achieve their personal OKRs for the year. Most runners focus on speed training, but the iest.run advocates for endurance training that helps runners run longer distances. This workshop is open to all entrepreneurs and non-entrepreneurs who are interested in health and ultramarathon running. Join us on January 27 to learn how to start the year off on the right foot, with a healthy, strong mind and body.
