The rise of AI, diversification of the entrepreneurial landscape, and evolving workplace roles present both fresh opportunities and complex, real-world challenges for women. As the external world accelerates, our internal sense of identity, emotional regulation, and mind-body balance are also undergoing profound shifts.

In this context, we are launching "She Moves | Women's Leadership: Between Inner & Outer Worlds"– an event focused on women's self-guidance amidst change. This session uniquely blends authentic storytelling, mindful practices, and deep connection through dialogue.

We are honored to have Emma, lead a Mini Mindful Awareness Workshop. Through breath and presence, she will guide us into the world of mindfulness, helping us experience the clarity and strength found in the present moment.

We will also host our first Roundtable Discussion of the year: "Seeing Your Own Strength in Transition." Featuring four founders from Dada Bowl Healthy Melas, Allergy Design and Yuechi Innovation - Revolutionizing Home Care with Medical Technology.

They will share the sources of their strength during entrepreneurship and career pivots, discussing how they navigate multiple roles, collaborate with themselves, and practice self-leadership as female founders.

Our aim is to connect women leaders, frontier tech entrepreneurs, and changemakers from diverse fields to create a warm, safe, and empowering space for exchange.

Mindful Empowerment Coach, Psychological Therapist

With 10 years of top-tier brand marketing management experience in real estate, education, and tech, Emma left her secure state-owned enterprise job at 30 to pursue a Master's in Psychology at University College London. At 33 ages, she transitioned from a senior executive role in a listed company into the mental health industry. She is a dedicated Mindful Empowerment Coach, Psychological Counselor, and Talent Identifier, deeply experienced in mindfulness practice, female growth, and emotional healing. Emma has systematically studied mindfulness in the UK and Thailand and is currently training to become a certified Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) teacher. Having personally navigated burnout, loss of meaning, and the search for inner strength, and witnessing countless individuals needing "inner awareness and self-compassion" in corporate workshops, consultations, and sessions, she is committed to empowering others on their inward journeys to build mental resilience. For this event, Emma will guide us in using breath to enter the world of mindfulness and experience present-moment clarity and power.

Keela Kuang
Co-founder, DaDa Bowl

Keela is a Global Shaper at the World Economic Forum Global Shaper Community Shenzhen Hub and a serial entrepreneur. Arriving in Shenzhen in 2022, she co-founded WeShare Space and spearheaded the preparation of its Nantou Ancient Town location, which opened in July 2023. That same year, she co-founded the healthy meal brand DaDa Bowl, launching its first store in Qianhai Excellence One Tower. While studying in Canada, Keela founded the vintage brand NocoolNolynn, achieving monthly revenues exceeding 100,000 RMB. During her Master's studies in the UK, she grew her personal IP account by 100,000 followers within six months.

Lucky is the Visual Designer for the Global AI Leadership Summit. As the core visual designer for the WaytoAGI community, she leverages AI technology for visual support. Trained in Visual Communication Design and founder of "Design Allergy Brand Center," she specializes in using AI to empower brand visual innovation and has led the development of viral content visual systems. In 2024, she founded her studio, providing brand visual solutions for consumer goods, tech, and other sectors. Esther Huang

Founder, Yuechi Innovation

7-year serial entrepreneur, honored on China’s Young Brand Leaders 2025 list, recognized as Guangdong Province’s College Student Entrepreneur of the Year, and Gold Medalist at international entrepreneurship competitions. Has spearheaded multiple projects from zero to market launch, accumulating extensive experience in project execution and market operations.
