Are you a creative person?
Creativity sounds elusive. Some people say that it's due to chance. However, according to the experts who study creativity, everyone can develop a keen observation and creativity with just daily training and hard work.
In June this year, we had the honor to invite three women with outstanding creative performance in their respective fields to share their unique ideas on creativity from the perspective of entrepreneurship, career and personal growth.
We’d like to invite you to join us with these three guests to discuss creativity as a problem-solving skill, to change perspectives, to brainstorm and promote cross-culture cooperation, to be open-minded and break rigid thinking patterns.
With a rich portfolio of guests and diversified backgrounds, we hope to explore the female’s perspective on creativity as well as leadership. What you can take away from the session includes:

Jing, an art designer and founder of Upcycle environmental brand, will share her insight of how to transform creativity into business opportunities, by identifying the changes in social values and people’s cognition. How to develop an artistic idea of personal interest to an entrepreneurial project, and inspire more people to be aware of environmental change and recycle, to make the world a better place.
Jing is also a yoga practitioner. At the end of the panel, she will lead the audience with a guided meditation to get a clearer state of mind, which is an important premise for creative thinking
Antonia, the author of Amazon bestseller "Hack College Like an Entrepreneur", will share her experience of learning from Tony Robins, the most influential speaker in the world, and her working experience in Master Class to identify the personal strength of how to break through the comfortable zone, explore new thinking perspectives, and turn intuition and inspiration into the source of creativity.
Antonia is also a young career mentor. During the panel's Q&A session, she can also provide some guide for college students and young professionals chasing their careers
Startup Grind Shenzhen
Grace is an active participant in the Shenzhen-HK startup community. She contributes to the community by connecting like-minded people, promoting entrepreneurial values and doing her best to make things happen. She received her B.A. in Film Production from The Central Academy of Drama in Beijing, and M.S. in Media Management from Indiana Universitly Bloomington. Later she worked in Chicago as a bilingual tech reporter and now she is a marketing specialist at Shenzhen Energy. In her spare time, she organizes IT, Internet and startup related events, deeply passionate about content production and has joined a podcast team called China Business Cast.
