We often have a good beginning for a community, with the values of goodness, and will to do something beyond the daily work to realize the meaning of life and collective significance, but often may be started with "creating a WeChat group", and end as yet another "blocked-messages" group. In the mechanical and monotonous urban life, we all think that a good community with an active membership and valuable collision is an important part of spiritual life, but why is this kind of community so difficult to sustain?

In 2024, Startup Grind Shenzhen will enter its tenth year. As a non-profit community operated by all volunteers, Startup Grind Shenzhen has been committed to condensing entrepreneurs to learn, help each other and get inspired for ten years, advocating and always implementing our values of "Give first, Help Others and Make Friends" in community activities, planning and implementing more than 100 monthly activities in the community. In the past ten years, how have we been leveraging the principles of minimalism to build a brand from 0 to 1, train and manage a lean volunteer team, manage and empower our partners, and continue to output high-quality community activities? On November 25th, Startup Grind Shenzhen will organize a new training activity for core volunteers and on-site volunteers and will share our training content in the form of an open class. All business institutions, entrepreneurial teams, non-profit organizations, individual associations, etc. interested in community building are welcome to come and learn and jointly cultivate the next generation of community builders.
