November 28th is our internal "volunteer training" workshop. As a nonprofit community with an all-volunteer team, we would like to open the event up to the public and share our insights and methods of working with volunteers in an effective way.
In this event you will learn:
How does a sustainable nonprofit community build a volunteer system,
What key volunteer work is involved in a community event,
How to set up the mechanism for volunteers to formally join, reward, and withdraw?
What would be the key milestones from defining the event theme to closing the event execution, etc.
The event will be in Mandarin Chinese.
