About Instructor：Tiago Gouveia

HR leader with 15+ years of experience across Europe and Asia, spanning insurance, tech, and high-growth environments.

He began his career at SABSEG Insurances, where he progressed from HR Manager to Head of HR Development. From 2019 to 2022, he was a founding member of the Google Lisbon SLS (Search Language Specialist) Program, serving as Head of People & Operations and helping scale the team from the ground up.

In 2023, he relocated to Asia to join Vase.ai as Head of People & Operations, continuing to build and operate teams in fast-moving startup environments.

He takes a holistic approach to People Operations, covering the full employee lifecycle — from hiring and onboarding to performance and talent development.
