At the same time, we welcome all community members to join us this evening for a deep exchange and open conversations about entrepreneurship.

Pitch Rules

• Each founder/team will have 10 minutes for their pitch (presentation deck, prototype, or demo).

• Each pitch will be followed by 5 minutes of Q&A with the judges.

• Time will be strictly managed; no extensions allowed.

• Judges will evaluate based on: Presentation Skills, Business Feasibility, Technological Innovation, and Team Strength.

• The top-scoring team will win a mystery prize 🎁.

Startup Ecosystem Strategy Advisor at AWS, tech blogger on Zhihu, Forbes U30 honoree. Former VP at Inno Angel, Senior PM at Tencent, and Director of Mobile Operations at To8to. Led three 0-to-1 product launches with over 100 million users, and participated in 20+ venture investments. Expertise in AI, global expansion, and Web3.

Carol
Former senior executive at Huawei, Gigamon, and Nova Technology. Experienced in Huawei’s IPD transformation and scaling startups from 0 to 100. Entrepreneur in the sports tech field with dual perspectives as founder and mentor. Specialises in product-market fit, IPD process design, marketing team building, leadership development, and organisational growth. Clients include Ping An Bank, Insta360, ITT, and others.

Rita
Director of Incubation at Chushan Ventures / Forbes China 30 Under 30 / Co-Director of Startup Grind Shenzhen. Since 2017, she has worked to improve conditions for early-stage founders and, since 2021, has focused on incubating very early-stage youth startups. Her 10-year goal: supporting 1,000 young founders with bold visions to grow sustainably.

Moderator: Grace Zhang
Community builder with 9+ years of experience, leading Startup Grind Shenzhen since 2014. She has contributed her expertise to Y Combinator, Startup Weekend, Google Developers Group, AngelHack, and more. Startup Grind Shenzhen has been recognized as “Most Cohesive Community in South China” by Huodongxing (2018–2019), “Best Partner” by Tencent WeStart (2019–2020), and was even featured in a Harvard Business School course. Grace was awarded the 2021 Startup Grind Lifetime Achievement Award.

She also hosts the podcast Community Building Lab (CBL), sharing methods for creating sustainable and high-quality communities. Grace holds a BA from the Central Academy of Drama (Film & TV Production Management) and a Master’s in Media Management from Indiana University Bloomington. She previously worked as a tech journalist in Chicago before returning to Shenzhen.
