Cristina proves there is more than 24h in a day. She is currently the Chief Catalyst Officer for the Lane Crawford Joyce Group, responsible for nurturing synergies between eco-system players in the retail and technology industries through The Cage, a 12-week ignition program with mentoring and commercial opportunities based in Hong Kong. LCJG is a privately owned global group gathering 1500 brands and 850 omni-channel retail spaces.
Previously, Cristina lead Apple’s high growth expansion in Hong Kong and China. She was Regional Retail Director at Prada Group and prepared its IPO in Hong Kong. She managed operations for Gucci Europe & Middle East, as well as Louis Vuitton in Europe and Asia.
She studied at Harvard, Stanford, Singularity University and Qinghua and went through 500 Startups.

Yan is the founder and CEO of Solving Problems Technology. The company now runs three products. First one is Mars Exchange, which is an exchange program for top tech leaders globally, Mars Exchange now serves executives of Tencent, DJI, Uber, Lego, and Google, helping them learning from and connecting with other tech leaders in different parts of the world. The second project is Mars Speakers, Mars Speakers is the fastest-growing speaker bureau in China.The third product is Mars Growth, an Ad service that helps global business leveraging leading Asian internet products from Bytedance and Tencent to grow their consumer base. Yan also co-founded Startup Salad, one of the biggest Hackathon community in China.
