Huidi Liu is a seasoned Marketing & Brand PR professional. Her career has ranged from traditional broadcast media, hardware startups and venture capitals. Huidi Liu is now the Marketing and Brand PR director of Green Pine Capital Partners, a major VC firm based in Shenzhen. Formerly, she was the same position at uSens (a top VR startup) and Immotion. After graduation, she joined Xinhua to built the Xinhua Television Live-streaming team, in charge of live breaking news, in 2008 she led a team of 20 for 24 live streaming of the 08 Olympics. Through the opporutnity to work in Xinhua Asia Pacific Chapter in HK, she got familiar with the hardware industry in Shenzhen, and dove in. At Immotion as the Marketing & Brand head, she built the CEO's personal brand image and got him on the cover of Forbes China in March 2015. Later she joined a top 10 VR startup uSens, leading the brands China brand system, including VI, brand principles, positioning and communication strategy. In 2018, Huidi was ready to move to her next destination - venture capital firms and joined Green Pine Capital Partners, accumulating knowledge of running brands for VC and its portfolio companies.
