Startup Grind Shenzhen hosts the CEO of Shenzhen InnoValley, the incubator of great founders such Jiawen Yu with his Super Calendar, which has finished its B round and received 8-figure in investment. This time, he will talk about what are the qualities that he appreciates as an entrepreneur.  Shenzhen InnoValley was founded in 2012, mainly focusing on mobile Internet startups. It specially champions young founders, and successfully mentored startups such Super Calendar and Liwushuo, which were both founded by college students born in the 90s. Before InnoValley, Mr. Xiao had been a C-level manager at Huawei for years, working on strategy and business development. He has deep understanding of IT and Internet industries, and specialized in industry insights and strategy planning. From his experience cultivating young founders, he believes "crazy hard working", drive for "professionalism" and "pragmatism" are necessary qualities for successful founders. As the largest mobile internet incubator in China, InnoValley has branch offices located in Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong and Silicon Valley. Co-foudners of the orgnization all share backgrounds of top-notch Internet enterprises and industry leaders, including 360, UC, Tencent, YY and more.
