Graduated from Peking University with a BS degree in Electronics Engineering Computer Science, in the early years Bai has developed deep interest in social network and used his background to collect massive data and analyze information dissemination trends among "acquaintance social network".
How does a link get transmitted through acquaintances on WeChat? How would the transmission path form a social diagram? WHO are the nodes and influencers when a push ariticle goes viral? Modern netizens have some rough ideas about these inquiries and have all basically encountered the "cascading" experiences of a link gone viral. But what is the data and theory support behind all this? How companies could use these results to close sales? This June Startup Grind Shenzhen hosts COO and Co-founder of RabbitPre, practitioner of social communication Yichong Bai.
Like Tian Zhou (our May speaker), after graduation, Bai jumped on board with the then young startup RabbitPre, and now grew to a 150-people company.
Topics include:
1) media and pattern changes during the new Internet era
2) Reconstruction of the Internet
3) Attributes of new media: From the stranger network to acquaintance network
4) Under new communication modes: Possibilities of hyper-traffic marketing cases
RabbitPre so far is a industry-leading H5 communication platform with deep research and wide practice in the industry of social network. The company is currently closing its B round investment.
