## What is the Lean and Business Model Canvas?

The Lean Canvas and The Business Model Canvas are more than just visualization tools to accelerate the building of your venture, but rather they are communication tools to build and arrive at a consensus among your key stakeholders, via constant iteration and hypothesis tests.

## What is the content of the workshop?

In this 60 minute workshop, not only will we learn the basic components of each canvas type, but we also look closely at how to incorporate the concept of consensus building and iteration simply through different coloured post-it notes.

## Background info about the facilitator

The facilitator, David, the director of Startup Grind Taipei, was fortunate to take part in a closed workshop from the professor and serial tech entrepreneur Steve Blank, who was critical in the development of the lean startup movement across the world.

David will be sharing some of the techniques he learned in how to incorporate product-market fit and financial sustainability into the Business Model Canvas.
