長崎県出身、1979年8月2日生まれ。慶應義塾大学（SFC）卒業。2003年4月、大和証券SMBC株式会社に入社。同社及び米Citigroup Inc.の投資銀行部門（Tokyo Office）において約7年間、資金調達及びM&Aアドバイザリー業務に従事。IT・メディア・コンテンツ業界の責任者として、楽天、KDDI、NEC、フジテレビ、外資系投資ファンドなどをクライアントに抱え、約8年間で40件超、累計取引総額1.8兆円超（※金額はEV取引額ベース）の大手企業のM&A取引を成約まで導く。
2010年9月より、株式会社フルスピード（東証マザーズ上場, 2159）をTOBにより買収し、ターンアラウンド・マネージャーとして、取締役CFOに就任
