After graduating from Musashi high school, Mr. Kurosaki joined Information Science group of the University of Tsukuba to write technical papers. After 6 years as a technical writer, he joined Asahi Interactive CNET Japan as a leader with "Security measures for web services and smartphone applications" as main job In June 2012 he founded BearTail Co., Ltd.

BearTail is the start-up company to focus on FInTech, and support to increase the benefit in Social communication.
BearTail has delivered Dr.Wallet, financial management tool for family and consumer. BearTail provides Dr.Wallet as free, and we are driving the business to utilize Big Data which our company is getting through Dr. Wallet. We are delivering marketing support and marketing program with high security of our data.
As the second stage, BearTail is starting to deliver
Dr.KEIHISEISN (Expense Management) to focus on B to B market. Dr, KEIHISEISAN is solution to apply to Mobile environment, and cloud service. As the first step, we support to increase company productivity and keep governance of companies to use Dr.KEIHISEISAN, and try to deliver more benifit in the future.
