About this event

Himalayan Hemp is a socio-ecological community of farmers, artisans, local rural industries, construction workers, and innovators working together to preserve the indigenous variety of cannabis and hemp plants with the help of our cooperative model. We have created World's 1st lab-validated and patent-pending hemp sanitary pads and India's 1st wattle and daub hemp cottage. We are doing it with a spirit to provide reformative methods to engage communities in a workable model around hemp as an alternate sustainable crop catering to textile, biomedical, construction, pharmaceutical, Ayurvedic, FMCG, paper, architecture, and many other industries.

Haneesh is a Production Engineering graduate and a Research Writer, born and brought up in the country side of Himachal Pradesh, a place in North East India. He loves meeting people and traveling, good listener and passionate leader.
