The Transparent Salary Project is a career assistance platform, which is blowing up with requests from people of all demographics and ages. The platform focuses on under-represented groups obtaining accessible and actionable career development tactics. Free help is offered to pregnant mothers, U.S. Veterans, and U.S. based schoolteachers.

Ruby started her company very humbly on social media to see if there was interest. The company's page is now blowing with over 4,000 requests! She cold-applied to our local startup accelerator program, Trenton Makes Startups, to build out her idea more. We've been working with her ever since to launch the MVP, which will be a digital platform for users. This is a very exciting chance to witness a founder who clearly has discovered a disruptive product that people enjoy, but is still in the beta testing phase, hence the name, Transparent Salary Project. Who knows what this could become!

We always knew that if a startup community was created in New Jersey's state capital then it would blow up. This founder must be VC backed!
