Come and learn about the world of technology certifications and the various careers which they apply to! This workshop is hosted by Trenton Makes Tech and will include certification info on AWS, Google, Salesforce, and more! The goal is to "stack" your certifications (like pancakes!) and, yes, pancakes will be provided by the famous PJ's Pancake House!

Many tech jobs are not college degree dependent... they are certification dependent. Therefore, the goal here is to "stack" your certifications (like pancakes!). The more certifications you acquire, the more attractive you become to potential employers.  


The overall purpose of this workshop is: Career development 

  • Introduce students to the various certifications which exist. 
  • Provide an in-depth overview of the various industries which said certifications apply to. 
  • This free workshop is not meant to teach the certification courses to students, as the courses are self-taught. 
    • However, we do offer paid tutoring services if students would like a tutor to walk them through the courses. 


Trenton Makes Tech is the first coding school in Trenton, New Jersey. Our goal is to provide the city of Trenton with a new industry (tech). We believe that bringing a new industry to Trenton is the key to improving it! This workshop will be led by one of our instructors, John Hasbrouck!
