About this event

What about a last Startup Grind event in Turin before the summer break?

For the third event we will host Matteo Di Pascale from UXBox: he is a multidisciplinary creative, UI/UX designer, mentor and Kickstarter Specialist with experiences in Italy, China and the Netherlands. Come and don't miss the opportunity to enjoy a fireside chat about innovation, personal development and creativity.

Doors will open at 6:30 PM, so that everyone can join after work. At 7:15 PM we will start to talk with Matteo about his professional journey and his experiences around the world.

Afterwards, a networking aperitivo will be offered in order to facilitate the interactions amongst participants. The event will be held in Italian.

Topics we will cover during the interview (AKA reasons why you cannot miss it!):

✅  Kickstarter: Matteo has successfully launched two different projects thanks to this platform; we'll ask him to share his pro tips for creating awesome campaigns that everybody loves!

✅  Personal Development & Creativity: Intuiti (https://goo.gl/bMXXYr) and Fabula (https://goo.gl/ex5RfQ) are some of Matteo's most successful projects and are designed to help people unleash their creativity. If you suffer from the "blank page" syndrome with your startup, the speaker might show you a couple of quick fixes for that.

UI/UX Design: UI/UX are fundamentals aspects for emerging startups (does Airbnb ring a bell?) and we are very lucky to have a great expert like Matteo sharing his vision on the topic. He worked as UI/UX Designer and Art Director in different companies and his last gig, UXBox (https://goo.gl/Z3CIEq), is an online bootcamp for becoming a UX Designer.

✅  China: Matteo has also worked as Senior UI/UX Designer in OnePlus, one of China's hottest startups. We'll try to make a comparison between Italy and China, in order to have a quick brainstorming session about the opportunities that the country can offer to Italian startups.

Do you want more?

- More than 70 participants from the local startup scene: developers, CEOs, investors, journalists, professionals and students happy to meet like-minded people in the amazing venue of Rinascimenti Sociali.

- Great speakers and startups joining every month.

- Huge opportunity to get feedback on your project.

Fair enough? See you on 29/6!
